Chris Pratt has always been the perfect man. And yet, the world only sees him for his set of abs. This is not okay. The following is a public service announcement aimed at getting people to stop objectifying Chris Pratt and love him for both his body and his mind.
1. The world began to realize Chris Pratt was the total package when he posted this selfie back in 2012.
2. But it was not until the fateful day in 2013, that this selfie sent shockwaves through all of civilization. It jolted the world from its deep coma that once forced it to dismiss Pratt as that chubster on a few network shows.
Yes, @_sarahmiller. This was a service to society.
3. Chubster no more, Pratt was gearing up for his role in this summer’s “Guardians of the Galaxy”.
GOOD. LORD.
4. Okay. Maybe I’m falling into the trap set by his midsection, but let’s not forget the exasperating charm he brings to any role.
5. His adorableness as Andy Dwyer on “Parks & Recreation” knows no bounds.
6. From his childlike spirit…
7. To his monkey like dancing.
8. He’s able to channel a unique sensitivity.
9. Omg there it is again.
10. He just brings that certain Je ne sais Quoi.
11. He’s also unreasonably good at improv as proven by this outtake.
12. He’s brought finesse to every role. Many will know that to be true from his role as Bright Abbott on “Everwood”.
13. But seriously. Bless him.
Thank you for the self-esteem and also your sandy hair.
14. He even delighted us as a little plastic Lego.
But before we get too lost in appreciation for his many wonderful onscreen incarnations, let’s remember real life Pratt and what a gem he is.
15. Just take his twitter photo for example.
16. His twitter is incredible. .
So articulate. So eloquent
17. He also has two pugs. The true sign of a American hero.
18. Here’s a photo of the entire perfect family.
Chris, lovely wife, Anna Faris, pugs, and baby Jack.
19. They have the perfect marriage. Let’s talk about the time Chris braided Anna’s hair. Not once…
20. …BUT TWICE!!!
And that’s only the times it was recorded on the Internet. There is no way to know exactly how much adorable hair braiding is going on, but I like to think it’s a lot.
21. Don’t even get me started on baby Jack. Chris Pratt and Anna Faris created a perfect human. Sorry.
Also his name kind of sounds like Jack Sprat. You know, like the nursery rhyme? So I hope they trolled everyone intentionally.
22. Seriously?
Help. I’ve fallen and I can’t get up.
23. In short, you’re perfect in every way, Chris Pratt. The world loves you.
…okay.
